I can't thank Amber enough! I'm the type of person who spends 20 minutes in the cereal aisle to see how far a dollar can stretch comparing brands to nutrition facts to serving sizes. I knew I would need someone patient and knowledgeable and Amber was that someone! She got to know me and listened to exactly what I wanted. I always felt like she was on my team and never once felt out of her focus. Being such an analyst, I would inquire about seller disclosures and request to view multiple homes a day. Amber would send me the information quickly and schedule viewings anytime I desired. She'd communicate with me day or night and we had laughs all through the process! She is a charismatic agent which I have seen be worth its weight in gold in my real estate market. I owe my offer being accepted to Amber. She's a superb asset to have and will find and fight for what you want in a home.
I highly recommend Amber! She was so amazing to work with! As a military family, it was so nice having someone else who understands what that means and what our needs are for our new home. Amber was extremely knowledgeable when it came to what would be needed for us to get a loan, what all our lenders would expect from the house we purchased, and any other questions we had. This wasn’t our first time purchasing a house but it was most definitely the best experience we have had! Amber is so patient, very charismatic, and an excellent listener and communicator. Even since we have purchased our home, she is still very easy to reach and answers our questions. I don’t know that we would have found our perfect home without her! Hopefully, she will still be in the area the next time we have to move because we would absolutely love to have her as our agent again!
